I requested an emergency review on the website twistedkombucha.co.uk.

This website is the official e-commerce site of Twisted Kombucha / Crafted Kombucha Beverages Ltd, a legally registered food and beverage company in the UK.

Our website has been completely migrated from the old WordPress site to Shopify. The old site has been replaced, and the site is now hosted by Shopify.

VirusTotal's detection results show that other security vendors have marked the website as Clean, while only Rising has marked it as Malicious.

This appears to be a false alarm caused by old website history. This misclassification is affecting customer access to our e-commerce website and causing business losses for our small business.

Please have a security engineer urgently rescan the current website and check for and remove any incorrect malicious website categories.

I am requesting an urgent review of a false-positive malicious website classification for twistedkombucha.co.uk.

This is the official ecommerce website of a legitimate UK food and beverage company, Twisted Kombucha / Crafted Kombucha Beverages Ltd.

The website has been completely migrated from a previous WordPress installation to Shopify. The old website has been replaced and the current website is hosted on Shopify.

Virus vendorsTotal now shows the other security classifying the website as Clean. Rising is the only remaining vendor classifying the domain as Malicious.

This appears to be a stale historical classification associated with the previous website. The false classification is affecting customer access to our ecommerce website and is causing commercial harm to a small UK business.

Please urgently rescan the current live website and remove the malicious URL classification if no active threat is found.
